How data is used in VEYA EVENTS. The service provider uses the VEYA brand.
Stored data
Account and business details, team access, inventory, customer briefs, quotes, projects, tasks, payments, deposits and operational logs are stored to run the service.
Purpose
Data supports authentication, staff access, outlet operations, reports, trials and subscriptions, account recovery and user support.
Access and security
Operational access is scoped to accounts, businesses, roles and outlets. Passwords are hashed. Users can enable optional 2FA. Session cookies support login.
Related services
Verification and reset emails use the configured email provider. Web subscription checkout uses Midtrans when enabled. Recording customer payments at the cashier does not process funds through VEYA.
Data requests and deletion
For access, correction or account deletion, email hello@veyaindonesia.com from your registered address. Include your business name. We verify ownership before taking action. Do not send passwords or transaction files. Encrypted daily backups are retained for seven days.
